Have you been invited to take a Wepow video interview? Great! This free Wepow app will enable you take your video interview from your mobile device.
A Wepow video interview gives you the control and flexibility to begin your interview whenever and wherever is most convenient for you. Wepow ensures candidates and recruiters start getting to know each other through a richer engaging video experience.
After you download the app and interview, you’ll have a chance to read through instructions and test your video camera. Once you begin your interview, you may watch videos of your interviewer talking and asking questions. For each question, you’ll have a short time to think before you record your video response. This process will repeat until you’ve answered all your interview questions.

Such a dissppointment. Wifi signal is good yet cant upload a video. Not recommended for any interview. I prefer google meet. I uninstall and install the app again and repeat the process of the whole thing. This time it works. Take this as a room for improvement. The app required a very fast internet. It never works on average internet speed. Overall, I like the idea of prerecorded interview.

The app worked well until I had to submit the interview. I retried many many times with no luck. I contacted the support team only for them to say the issue is my internet. I kept retrying using different sources of internet with no success. I even missed the video interview deadline because of this process.

Horrible, after spending all of the time to do the interview (the only reason for using the app) never got anything accomplished. The company I applied with only did things through email (troubleshooting via email?!!!!) l Finally realized I could come here and give a review as I emailed Wepow this morning with no response. This looks to be a common problem noted in the reviews but where is the fix? Such a loss of time!
