One of my favorite 'not strictly necessary' apps. Incredibly useful when out and about (in the middle of nowhere), or just pondering physics over a cup of tea. I often take a screenshot of the GPS screen during fieldwork, and reference it in my notes (i.e. surprising stratigraphy along road cuts). Sudden appearance of ads was a surprise, but they've helpfully added an option to turn them off.

Maximizes the usefulness of all the sensors on my note 9, reasonably accurate data (but that's Samsung's responsibility). I wish the app had some way of plotting the barometric readings on a graph, so that I could visualize pressure fluctuations throughout the month, for example. Huge plus to the developers for including the option to disable ads for free, I keep ads on as a little tiny thanks.

I hit the "Disable ads" checkbox expecting it to take me to a Play Store page where I could buy the paid version. But there is no paid version! They literally just let you turn off the ads! Since I can't throw the devs a few bucks, least I can do is leave a review. It works quite well, excellent for debugging issues with your device or just testing the accuracy of its various sensors.
