The functions that it has do work well. It leaves a lot to be desired though, such as scheduled transfers can only be setup on a computer, and if your location can't be pinged instantly, the app hangs on start-up. 6 times a year it randomly stops accepting my fingerprint and forces me to remember my password, just to setup my fingerprint again on the next screen. All of these things have been around for YEARS. I feel like the development is as needed rather than progressive.

Never EVER let's you know your pending transactions so you overdraft and are forced to pay a fee. Sometimes you see money pending but no description but other times a transaction will go through without notice. Having to move to a different bank because of this endless cycle of me losing money because they won't show what's pending even though they see it on their screen, I'm not calling every time.

The card control never works. I have to try a million times for hours sometimes to get it to show up and work. Always says it's unavailable try again. It's frustrating when I rely on turning my online transactions on and off. So I honestly hate this app. Especially since I have no transportation and can't even order me food when I'm starving cause the app won't work to let me turn on my card. It's bs. I'm sick of it.
