About this app

Snap a photo or import your sheet music.
Touch notes in the photo to hear the pitch.
*** PHOTOS REQUIRE AN 8 MEGAPIXEL CAMERA ***

Whether you sing in a choir, or a barbershop quartet, or other vocal group, What's My Note? lets you hear and learn the pitches in your sheet music. You can repeat single notes or intervals as many times as you like.

Use What's My Note? to read published choral music - the kind used by high school choruses, church choirs, musical theater, and barbershop quartets. If you are not sure that What's My Note? will read your music, e-mail us a photo, and we'll let you know.

For a demo, please view the video on our website.

(What's My Note? DOES NOT play scores from start to finish, does not play more than one voice at a time, does not interpret rhythms, does not recognize or play piano or instrumental parts. Hand-written manuscripts and most forms of popular music probably won't work)

You can import PDFs and JPEGs, and use What's My Note's OCR feature on any device. To photograph music, What's My Note? requires an 8 megapixel camera.

Great app! very useful for anyone who sing in a chorus, need to learn new songs but is not able to play piano . Opens score in PDF format and it's very accurate even with scan copies. Needs an update !

This app is super helpful for folks who can't read and play music to hear what a song part sounds like! It's a one-time payment unlike most subscription models, and it's accurate!👍 Other than taking photo, you can also import pdf by using a file explorer to "open with" this app (can't seem to open file directly from app). Dev do consider renaming app/ adding more details to improve presence! Suggest to allow playing one /multiple parts without touching the note. You have a great niche product!

Completely useless app. Falsely claims that it can open one's own PDFs that are uploaded to the phone, but there is no menu choice on the app to actually look for and open them! Using the suggested "other" app to view the file and then "open with" this app results in a window that freezes... The "Music Library" which is hidden to any file manager on your phone/tab cannot directly open any uploaded files. So after paying money for this, all you can do is view the one "sample" file and that's it! When you use the camera (mine was a 8 MP one) it tells you that you don't have enough memory to process the photo! Beware, you only have 2 hours after paying for it and installing it to claim your refund... This really is a shockingly bad app - why do developers impose such dreadful apps onto paying customers...?
