Excellent from start to finish. Addison Lee had no pre-booked availability and other apps don't offer a fully guaranteed booking, which is crucial for an early morning trip to the airport, so I tried Wheely. It was great : on time, great service (including asking whether I wanted the radio on; I didn't so I could rest), quality car. Will definitely use again.

Used to be good. Now just as bad as Uber, Bolt, etc. - miles away from what used to be a slightly more premium service. Pre-booked an airport transfer. Transfer was cancelled 2 minutes before the scheduled time, leaving me scrambling to get my flight. Contacted support and got a generic "sorry for the inconvenience". Nearly missing my flight is not an inconvenience. If you don't know what "scheduled" means and if you're unable to honour bookings, don't offer them!!!
