Easy to use. The pc version is great, but the phone app is very frustrating. Even though I hit "SAVE PASSWORD" IT DOES NOT SAVE MY PASSWORD! Super irritating when I need to know my balance or do a transfer away from home. Please fix! This has been over 10 months now! Next step is to drop from a 4-star to a 3-star. Lets fix it WVB! 🤔

Works great! Quick and easy to transfer between accoubts, view check images, etc. Wish there was an option to suspend re-verification for a period of time, my device already has a lock on it, and if i sign in i shouldnt have to re-verify for a transaction when the timeout is already short.

very fun bank, local, and friendly, accommodating and always helpful, both salem branches are amazing. and definitely recommend.
