Not able to login, app shows a different mobile number to login and when I asked ILBS staffs to change number they were not able to. Don't know how to login to this app

My app is not working I done my all test yesterday but still it's not showing my report. On reception it's available on time. So please fix this problem.

It is found that today 17-05-22, app is not working. Only showing that server issue. Kindly check. Now (at 9:40pm), it's showing that server not found.
