Don't try to change or get a refund on your ticket.... It Won't happen. (They did offer a voucher... I think however nothing I have recieved yet Seemed like hours on phone with "customer service" with them issuing me approximately $10 refund, my total was between $700 and $800. They were very difficult to understand and follow after multiple times on hold while "she checked on something" (it was a Very trying experience and I am a pretty patient person in general). Very Poor Customer Service....

I wish I could use 0 star..... theres no point in downloading it. Since I've downloaded this app I haven't been able to look anything up. Everytime I try to, it will tell me "something is wrong call customer service". Once I call them, they try to get me to book right away instead of figuring out if they can help me with the app not working. Yes I want to book the flight, but one thing is I like to see all possibilities before I get one, something that if I do over the phone, we'll be on that phone for hours. It's just very disappointing compared to what I was expecting.

At first, the baggage is included, and all is fine, but after the payment, it turns out there's a baggage included only for the departure flight, and no baggage included for the return flight?! And there is no way to add it or buy it, only on the day of return, at the airport, if available. Use another platform...
