Very often I have items picked that are never supplied. Even when the substitution setting is applied. Quite disappointed when this happens as I can't easily get these items without delivery. I will join Coles delivery when my annual subscription runs out. Not sure why they can't be substituted as many brands have the exact same product. Of course it's not the developers fault, the app is great. Too bad the employees are not pulling their weight.

Update Match 2024: Just updated app and it's still a massive fail. Can't even search for a product despite auto-fill and search suggestions, once I tap search it just freezes. Off to COLES I go! What a JOKE. Here right now to pick up a Direct to Boot order and I get "Server Error. Unable to load your order due to server error". Worse than rotten timing.. This and the fact that we still cannot do online shopping from the actual app earns a less than 1 star rating.

It's too hard to change stores on this app. I swap between stores a bit. It would be better if the app could at least remember previous stores allow them to be selected with minimal effort. Also, "the store I'm in" would be a good option when trying to locate a product.
