I decide to look for someone else after more than 6 years for the following. - I got my package toI find that they put my stuff in a really big box that is 3/4 empty. Which made them charge me about 70% more. It took me more than 4 months to get my money back. - they put the heaviest box ( car parts) on top of light and soft stuff which crushed them.

This app will take up a bit of your phone's storage space for absolutely nothing!, so outdated - last showed shipment in the app is 7 months ago even though I use WS1 on a monthly basis! Same thing with my points,, DON'T BOTHER.

I have tried them before the Covid19 they were excellant, during the period of Covid, there was prolonged delay but nothibg lost, i was so upset and tried another few companies including S&S, Aramex and us then decide to use WS1 again. I found them the best so hope they can improve their services. Thanks👍
