X10 Linked

Very difficult to use the playback feature. It would be 100x better if it showed detections instead of having to figure out what time you want to look at stored video. Also there's no location set points like the old X10 software to quickly pan and tilt it to saved locations.

Have 10 of these cameras. They're not what they used to be. A year ago I could simultaneously look at all 10, now I can barely even see one at a time and then only for very short times. It seems that the more of these they sell, the more degraded their system becomes. Buy X10 Linked cameras at your own risk, because they no longer provide the quality connection that they once did.

I had this app on my old Note 4 phone and it worked just fine. I got a new Note 10+ and had trouble getting it to work because I could not get my password to work or forgot it. I was persistent and kept trying to get the reset password link to work. There is a 60 second window so you need to have your email handy to get the code that X10 Linked sends you. I tried a bunch of times and finally I got the email in time and entered the password in time. Once I got into my X10 Linked account the cameras worked fine. DON'T expect the X10 cameras that aren't X10 Linked to work. I could not get them to work with X10 Linked. X10 needs to get it all on one app.
