Yepzon App

Very frustrating and disappointing. The only time I can get an accurate lock, using GPS, is when I click on the UPDATE LOCATION button. At all other times, base station triangulation is used, which gives terrible/worrying results. If the device is asleep, it can take up to 6 hours, in my case, to get the location reported. Latest App update seems to have removed features, e.g. I can no longer see any recent location history. There's simply nothing recorded. Very, very poor. Android version.

Issues: 1. Wouldn't pair by Bluetooth so had to be set up on a phone with NFC. 2. Only charges to 91% and falls quickly. 3. Bluetooth location works for a couple of minutes then fails though tracker is still with me. 4. If powered off to save battery hit and miss to wake up by connecting to charger but I can use my wife's phone with NFC to wake it. The Good: With three minutes connection interval and good GPS+2G coverage the location request is fairly accurate. Cheap annual subscription.

The app doesn't work. It crashes when trying to open it with Android. Yepzon used to be reliable. Now that it was bought by others, this service has taken a large dive downward in service. I would not recommend it. To Yepzon: Answer your emails please.
