You need to realize not everybody drives. I do not have a drivers license, but it is a valid and current state ID, but it doesn't pass your document check.. This is a terrible issue that you need to quickly reconcile. I have run into this problem with some other platforms such as Cobinhood, Robinhood and a couple others, and they ALL responded, rectified the issue and APPROVED my ID card within 48 hours. I hope you so the same, or understand you are not reaching a large portion of the general population that would only help to sustain your business as well as failing at your very reason for existing. It's a completely legal, current and accepted form of ID.. get with it and I'll update my review. Otherwise... you are USELESS! Thank you, and please do better.. fast. *Update* I added a star because the support team was at least quick to respond. Though after a couple hours of correspondence, sending screenshots, etc., ... the conclusion was they don't accept a valid state id card yet, because they don't accept a valid state id card yet. ! Doh! If state id's are soon accepted, I will definitely add more stars and give a better review reflecting the usefulness. Currently still useless.

The most useless app ever. Now on day 4 of trying to get into it and access my account. If you change phones you have to effectively create a new account and then can't create a new account because your data is on the old account. Apparently the issues are my phone and not the app. A 2 year old could make a more easier app to use. Avoid like covid if you can. If my local council didn't demand I use it for their records I really wouldn't. Horrendous app. Apparently it's user friendly.

Your app needs work. I've used other ID verification apps (Authenticater, RealID) that were much easier to use. 1) Your scanner doesn't work well. It took me many times of scanning b4 you accepted (2 It asked for a verification code from my other device, which was my PC, but my PC didn't generate any code 3) it talked about the front and back of my drivers license but it never gave me an opportunity to scan the back 4) you said "wait times may be longer than usual" with no idea when that is.
