You broadband is the worst. In the past 2 months I have had at least 10 times when internet connection was gone and took 2-3 days to come back. So extremely poor service. I think even BSNL would do better. If you are planning on taking this connection please check with others in your building/ society and get feedback about connectivity before taking the connection. Also some times they just automatically resolve/ cancel a service request. This is not the way to solve issues.

Do not go for their connection at all. I am residing in Pune and using their connection for more than 5 years. Speed were used to be best but tremendous reduction in the speeds, also net does not work most of the time on weekends, which is pathetic. They offer free days on recharges, but don't really offer them unless u keep track and ask. Worst of all for the days added as free, the connection is mostly down or offers 2mbps instead of 33 mbps. Fraudsters, just looking out for alternative soon.

The worst service provider. Back end team doesn't work at all. Call centre has no idea what is going on. On top of that, the data they have is less than what's provided in the app. Technician has the audacity to cut your call and then switch off the number. The app has track engineer feature. But that feature always fails to track the engineer. Close date never mentioned. Service Credit is a joke. The back end team never contacts you to give the reason for the delay in fixing the problem.
