Youpic is an amazing app. Love getting feedback on my photography. But as of this month December 2023 I can no longer send comments through the app. Works fine on my PC. I have sent multiple Emails to your "help center " with no response. You have no problem sending countless emails wanted me to pay, which I was very close to do, until this issue appeared. So where's the customer service???

Endless annoying Premium upsells. And that is $119!!!!!... They continue to limit and tweak the non-premium users to get them to pay. The latest is an upload limit of 1 pic every 12 hours. I think the $119 is ridiculous. As a result over time I have scaled down my portfolio to now just a few pics and I rarely use the app. i suspect this app is dying.

Update broke the app. It looks like the desktop (web) version, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, it works nothing like the desktop (web) version. You ONLY see photos from accounts that you're following. There is no way to explore content from users you're not following. Paid users should be furious about that. $10 a month to upload more than one photo every 12 hours is absurd. I would possibly consider paying if it was $3 a month. The one upload allowed every 12 hours is ludicrous.
