Absolutely horrid experience. I used their app to place an order through the ansal plaza outlet. The money was deducted, but the order was not placed. I did not recieve any confirmation either. When I called them up, they said there was a technical glitch after picking up the call after 15 mins. They said that I'll recieve a call within 15 mins. But I didn't. I still haven't recieved the refund. If you don't want to be duped of your money, please refrain from ordering.

This app is getting worse day by day. I'm not able to put discounts or coupons on my orders. Furthermore, I am not able to make payment as well. It happened twice when my payment was deducted, but the order didn't reach the kfc restaurant. Although the amount was credited back to my account within 7 days but this app is really frustrating. Uninstalling it right away.

Really good app. My only suggestions are that there should be a little more offers (like offers on cards or special days) than right now, and the app should be more smoother. There is an animation after each and every action taken which lowers the experience a little bit. By the way, the zinger burgers are really bad which are sent as a coupon with the first order. Maybe some people might like it but I felt like it was really bad in taste. Overall, the app is good but below excellent .
