I have already sent emails to zapper support yet am being told to email zapper tell me another way your responses are automated. I am complaining about customer care along with the scanner. Do yourself a favor and use Snap scan. The customer care is 10× better. The app is pointless if the scanner doesn't work. This is a new phone I haven't had issues until Feb this year. When you email customer care the responses are not helpful at all. Snapscan will phone you and help you.

In previous usage of the app I have had a breeze. Keeps track of loyalty cards, easy usage, clean user interface. However, I have recently changed phones and cannot use the app at all as none of my card details are accepted. So if your phone is a new one and you have a good amount of life, definitely use Zapper. If you're thinking about changing phones, wait until you do.

Used to work fine but now it scans a ticket with and picks up amount pay button is greyed out with an alert saying weak signal, check settings. Even though I got strong enough signal go to any site. Clicking that message doesn't even do anything so I cannot do any payments at all
