Have been subscriber for more than 20yrs. So automatically should be VIP members to 早报俱乐部 as advised by SPH customer service team。However, not able to access to VIP's only article despite tried many times including uninstall and install App. Tried IT services but only able to access once then App revert back to block VIP member access. App really useless.

I am zaobao reader for many years and have subscribed for very long time. I used to be able access the app but recently can only access using desktop site but not via app, troubled me for a months and the technical support are not able to solve the issue. When I tried to login the app it will keep returning to login page. I have email the support and followed all instructions given and yet the issue remain.

Very hard to open the App, please do something, we don't want to waste our time! If never improved, I will consider to unsubscribe Today happens again, the App cannot open again, wasn't the subscriber time!! , 18/12/2023 Already one week, the stupid app still never improve. Take 5 minutes to open the app, then tell you app no response. You choose wait, warning keeps comes out. Then you have to press ok, app will close. Repeated 5 times still can't see today new's paper. Totally useless.
