About this app

With the Mobile Banking app from Zuger Kantonalbank you have access to your bank and custody account assets at all times and wherever you are – including when on the move. Thanks to the app’s new design and its many useful functions, you can deal with your banking business even more efficiently.

Requirements

The ZugerKB Mobile Banking App is available exclusively to clients of Zuger Kantonalbank who live in Switzerland and have access to the Swiss Apple App Store. To log in to the app you need your agreement number and a Mobile Banking password. You can define and change this in the Zuger Kantonalbank e-banking system under "Settings". You can also define in "Settings" if transactions (payments/stock exchange) should be permitted.



Security

The security of your data is extremely important to Zuger Kantonalbank. Data is transmitted in encrypted form. Moreover, the first time you activate the app, the device is registered in your personal e-banking agreement. Please adhere to the following security recommendations:

‒ Protect your device with a PIN code. Use the automatic blocking feature and the code block to protect the device against unauthorised access. Never leave the device unattended.
‒ Always use the latest version of the operating system and the ZugerKB Mobile Banking app.
‒ Use the encrypted Wi-Fi network at home or the provider's mobile network. These are more secure than public or freely accessible Wi-Fi networks.
‒ Do not engage in rooting (undermining the security infrastructure).
