Only app on my phone that's super slow to open. Always with an error message when your navigating though the app. Also, kinda pointless as you still need to visit the kiosh/membership counters to get more information about anything on the app for promotions.

Slow, wait after everything you do and you don't know if it worked. Then it crash randomly. One of the worst app I saw so far. Very unpleasant to use.

Horrible app 2 days I have tried to use this app as they have a promotion wherein 10 points you can get a shop and play voucher for 10 PEOPLE only which they never informed on their promotion(disclaimer: while supplies last according to them). I want to use their promotion for today but it seems 24 hours have lapsed and until now they cant fix their app, when in fact their website is working perfectly! Wasted my day to wait for their promotion. Been using this app since beta testing and it sucks!
