About this app

Use your smartphone to help make your community a better place by quickly and easily communicating with City Officials. Whether the issue is graffiti, a pothole or a request for information, you can be part of the solution by being City Hall’s eyes in the community. Identifying and reporting issues you come across in your day helps make City Hall aware of important issues and helps them to be responsive to the needs of the community.

• Just point, click and submit real-time information on issues.
• Attach a photograph to illustrate the problem.
• Assign the location of the issue or the software auto-assigns it for you.

City Staff will receive your case immediately and you can even use your smartphone to check on the status and receive messages from City Staff on your request as it is processed.

*** Please note that this mobile app should not be used to report emergency situations. For emergency situations, please contact the Sheriff Dept. at (661) 948-8466.***

All us neighbors have had an issue for about two years. At 3823 w. K6 Lancaster 93536. They always have trash over flowing their trash bins. And bins have not been taken off the street for two years. we have sent many requests to the City of Lancaster several times, along with pictures, and nothing has been done to date. I am very disappointed in the City of Lancaster.

I have posted issues with potholes and the city has responded pretty quickly. While we can't use the app while driving, the app does allow for you to specify where the incident occurred.
