The worst app experience. I cannot add a domino prepago package. The popup where you are supposed to select which one you want is just blank. No options. Also most of the time I can't even add money to the saldo, there is always some error and it asks to try again later. What a terrible functioning app. I am going to leave kolbi all together because I can't even pay for service using the app. The website is hardly any better. Terrible. Also tech support never responds.

App does not work on Android 14 on Google pixel. I had contacted tech support via email but they only provide me with steps to reset the password. They don't understand the app just hangs out with the kolbi logo nothing happens.

Supposed to be able to see prepaid balance but it's unclear. They try to do a good job in english but when calling in for support they say you have to email for app issues. I've been emailing for days and there's a disconnect because the agent is not helping me to understand the issue.
