Znakujte s Tamtamem

The Znakujte s Tamtam mobile application is intended to support communication between parents and their young children (and not only) with hearing impairment.

What will you find in the app?
1. Dictionary with almost 1500 words and sentences and easy search
2. Teaching divided into thematic lessons with different degrees of difficulty
3. Quizzes with evaluation to test your knowledge

The app contains all the videos in it, so you don't need to be connected to the internet to use it. You can thus learn sign language without restrictions whenever you have the time and desire to do so.

Who is the application intended for?
- Primarily for hearing parents and relatives of deaf and hard of hearing children aged 0-4
- To professionals and students in professions that involve contact with hearing impaired children
- To relatives and friends of deaf and hard-of-hearing people who communicate in Czech sign language
- To hearing parents of hearing children who have decided to communicate with their children through signs even before the development of spoken language
- The general public with an interest in Czech sign language and the world of the hearing impaired

About the publisher
Center for children's hearing Tamtam, o.p.s. is a non-profit organization with nationwide scope, providing a complex of professional social, advisory, educational and information services primarily for families with hearing-impaired children, but also for hearing-impaired adults. As part of her work, she also creates materials that inform about the issue of hearing impairment and materials that parents can use when raising their children.
