CZmoudil

This is an extension of the successful Clean Chimney application, created by Clean Sky in 2013, to which users upload hundreds of photos a year. The CZmoudil application contains a map base where users can upload photos of "sniffing" - ie extremely and clearly air polluting - cars, chimneys and industrial buildings, which are already marked on the map (data provided by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute) - the user just clicks on the object and uploads his photo to him.

The CZmoudil application allows users to create a map of air pollution from various sources (local heating, transport, industry), and also serves as a platform where it is possible to collect photos of non-standard situations of industrial buildings, vehicles or houses, which can then serve as a basis for start the next steps. A website has also been created for the application (www.czmoudil.cz), where you will find a description of the project, its objectives and information on the issue (air pollution from cars, local heating plants and industry). On this website, representatives of municipalities or employees of institutions can subscribe to receive a monthly summary of newly uploaded photos in the selected location.

How to add a source of pollution?
Take a photo or add a photo of the air pollution source from the photo gallery. Click on the "+" button to add a photo that you will place in one of three categories - chimneys, exhausts, industry. Large stationary sources are already marked on the map, so just click on the selected object and upload a photo to it.
