- Ads in the app and service fees. Either have one or the other. - Cannot change anything in order after placing it. Not even the notes. - Workers pick up multiple orders and food arrives cold. + Works. + Coupons.

When this was still Dáme Jídlo the experience was great but since the acquisition they introduced more and more extra charges. The last one is ridiculous. If you don't pay extra to guarantee the courier goes directly from restaurant to your home, he actually picks up the food and then drives it around for more than half an hour when delivering to other customers (more than 3). It also doubled the estimated delivery time. That's it. I will use any other food delivery service than this one.

Hello, for logistical reasons, it may be possible for a courier to carry multiple orders, whether you use the priority delivery option is up to you. Delivery time approximation was 35-45 min. Ordered at 17:07, food was prepared at 17:20, it is delivered at 18:23. When I asked to delivery guy why delivery was so late, he replied "so sorry, application arranges deliveries, tells me to where, I can not do anything". My food delivered ice cold because it was touring the city for the past 1 hour before it was delivered to me. So throwing your money out the window is the same as ordering something from here.
