Helpful app that saves me time. Would have given it 5 stars but the app only allows you to plan a journey from A to B. It would be helpful if it allowed an interim location. (A to B via X) Another helpful option would be to enable return journeys to be planned. As well as improving the app these 2 things would enable the driver to have accurate and complete journey details and the planned cost in advance. It would also be good if the app provided estimated costs for the journey.

Yes it helpful to book a cab, but everytime I book a cab through the app I encour into problems. If you are in an area with no signal (relying on just WiFi) is useless, the tracking is not reliable, and updates of taxi dispatch/arrival are sent only via SMS.

App works fine, but there should be a feedback service where you can rate your hire and journey. 03.08.2019 pre book taxi for 8:20am and it arrives 15minutes late, no apology from the driver or explanation from driver, or even a call on why my hire is running late. I start work at 9am and i like to get there in good time, so im not straight into the action of things, i am very disappointed with todays service
