The Chiemsee-Alpenland is one of the most diverse landscapes in Bavaria with hilly foothills of the Alps, Chiemgau and Inntal Alps, historic towns such as Rosenheim and Wasserburg a.Inn and picturesque rivers, moors and lakes such as the Chiemsee. The "Bavarian Sea" with Herrenchiemsee Castle is one of the most important sights in Germany.
