- See what we pay for the item.
- Put the product in the cart. Then scan the next article.
- When all CDs or DVDs are in the shopping cart, complete the sale.
- Pack securely and stick on our free shipping label. Send the package with DHL.
- As soon as we receive your package, we check the contents. And you get your money.

- Another possibility: You come to our shop in Berlin-Kreuzberg with the goods and receive cash immediately.

SilverDisc has been the specialist media shop in Berlin for more than 35 years! Our headquarters are in the heart of the city, in the middle of Kreuzberg's Wrangelkiez. Easily accessible by public transport. But you can also reach us quickly by car and find a parking space in front of the door.

We pay fair prices. This is confirmed by our regular customers and our 30-year market presence.

A note on our own behalf: Our purchase prices are influenced by many factors. For example, whether we already have several items in stock. Or by the current market price or how easily an item can be resold. Unfortunately, we are therefore not always able to realize all of our customers' price expectations.

However, we think it would not be fair to us to give our app a bad rating because of this.
