Whether for the joint care of relatives or the colorful life with children, with the Family Cockpit everyone has an overview.

No more paperwork and entries scattered across countless apps. The Family Cockpit combines eight different functions in a single application. Simply invite everyone who supports your care network and organize your everyday life together. Get reminders of appointments, distribute tasks within the family, plan your shopping together, organize care for grandma or grandpa, or check the plan for the day on the pinboard. Whether via desktop or app, the entries are available to everyone at all times and are always up to date. Thanks to colors and symbols, everyone knows immediately who has to do what and when.

The most important functions at a glance:

PIN BOARD
On the notice board you can see at a glance what needs to be done today. In addition, you can pin selected shopping lists, to-do lists or notes directly to the pin board and plan your day perfectly.

CALENDAR
All family appointments have their place here. The calendar includes a day, week and month view. With the Family Cockpit you can create series of appointments, be reminded of appointments via push notifications and send appointments via e-mail with ics file attachments to other family members. Existing calendars can be easily imported.

LISTEN
In the Family Cockpit app you can create to-do lists, distribute them within the family and fill out the shopping lists together. Due dates and reminders ensure that nothing important is forgotten. If you don't want to share lists with others, you can mark them as private. And what is done is simply ticked off.

NOTES
Here is space for all important information that must not be lost or should be shared with others.

CARE DIARY
How did grandma sleep today? Has grandpa had enough? How was the mood today? In the care diary you can record the condition, activities and medication administration for each day. Share special moments with the photo of the day. Using the documentation function, the entries can be shared with third parties such as doctors or health insurance companies via an external link.

DIRECTORY
Your common contacts such as doctors, neighbors or friends in one place, sorted by groups and can be found quickly with the search function. You can have particularly important numbers displayed separately as emergency numbers and dial them directly.

That's how it works:
Download the app, register, log in and subscribe. Now you can invite other family members and try the app with the whole family for a month for free. If you cancel the subscription before the end of the trial month, you will not incur any costs. If the subscription is not canceled, fees may apply. The cost for a monthly subscription is €3.99, for an annual subscription €39.99. You can cancel the subscription at any time at the end of the term.
