About this app

THE App for calendar reminders - never forget an appointment anymore! Perfect for business user!
Calendar Event Reminder (CER) adds a repeating calendar reminder and extends the stock calendar application. You can customize the duration, repetitions, sound and vibration pattern. Works with every synced calendar.

After adjusting CER's settings to your liking, add a calendar reminder to your existing calendar to see how it works! When alarm / reminder goes off the device will be turned on and a popup window with information about the event (title, time, location) is displayed. Alarm / reminder can be disabled by tapping Dismiss or snoozed by the Snooze button.

I wouldn't change a thing, you simply cannot live without this app. I'm shocked that all the functionality this app provides is not native to all cell phones. This is a godsend. The only enhancement I would like to see in future versions would be more buttons to customize regarding snoozing intervals. I would like to see 8 to 10 verses the six currently available

STILL WORKING! and 5 stars again. Using galaxy s9+ with latest oreo. Be sure notification is on. Go into the phone's settings, select notifications, scroll down to CER and make sure the notification is on. It's WORKING! I Have set up tests for the last 2 days that worked. The November security update for Oreo prompted me to start over. I did a reinstall and changed a couple settings to my liking. That's it. I had made some earlier changes to the stock calendar which were cosmetic but there may have been others I don't remember. So I can't pinpoint what fixed it. I will go to 5 stars again if it keeps working.

NO LONGER IN DEVELOPMENT for 2 years! I really wish I hadn't missed that! Google has to keep mucking with reminders causing havoc for third parties. Yet their calendar app doesn't offer BASIC snooze functionality from Palm OS from 2002! Just viewing event cancels the alert, HOW AWFUL! I'm trying to replace Calendar Snooze which just went out of development as well. This app is okay, but I never want a popup over screen. You can't sent the vibration pattern separately from the alert time. It has a constant notification that CER is running which is awful. A 2 hour refund limit on top of that is NOT enough time to test an application like this! Google needs to stop allowing sales of applications that are no longer in development without a clear warning AND better return policy. So much for not being evil.
