WOOP has been helpful for developing a 3x daily meditation habit, studying more consistently, saving money, developing a long term plan, and connecting to my friends. The drawback is mostly the app. I upgraded to the latest version and lost all of my WOOPs. If you're looking for long term goal tracking, you'll want to write them down or save them elsewhere just in case. Other than that, I'd like to be able to reorder my WOOPs so that I can see the most relevant ones.

Finally started taking this app seriously after reading Rethinking Positive Thinking – and it has done wonders. I already have better sleep and exercise more. But one feature is missing and I *REALLY* want it: contrasting for negative thoughts (Instead of starting with a wish, start with fear and then contrast with reality to overcome fears). I make do with the current feature but it's annoying because the description doesn't match what I'm doing.

The app is great, but I have to give you 4 stars instead of 5; because the input text and the background are the same color! (Both are white!!) And it's hard and annoying to write. Please fix this issue and I'll give you 5⭐️😉😉
