With this App you have a Clapperboard always at your fingertips!
There are a whole bunch of features and everything is fully customizable:
- save&restore different projects
- shot log (exports as CSV for Excel or LibreOffice Calc)
- capable of portrait and landscape mode
- countdown
- scene, shot & take (swipe functionality!)
- title
- date and time (custom date according to this pattern: https://developer.android.com/reference/java/text/SimpleDateFormat.html)
- MOS, Int./Ext. & Day/Night/Dawn
- automatic take up counting
- save/load of settings/petitions
- RGB/ s/w video signal
- clap/1kHz audio signal
- extra information field (FPS, Lens, LUT)
- custom labels
And then just "clap"!
This is a completely overhauled version of the most popular Clapboard-App Google Play I originally developed a few years ago.

This is the perfect digital slate. The one thing it could use is fields for title and director. Also the lens and framerates could be larger but that info can just be referenced by the shot number and the metadata. EDIT: Oh, it does have a title field! Devs nailed it! EDIT 2: Figured out the lens size info. User error. I have no suggestions (that's a first...ask my wife!)

The Clapboard is exceptionally good for the Amateur or Professional film, Documentary / Advertisement maker, wanting a simple means for logging each take, ideal as a backup application in mobile or location filming were transportation space is limited, I have found this application very easy to use and affordable.... It's simple and no fluff. But seem to work just fine and the custom entries are great. But two niggles: 1. I set the date format to YYMMDD. That should mean today is 181002. But what I get is 1810275? 2. Would be neat if the clock could be set to continuous run when slated. As an option. Oh and more custom fields. :)
