please don't use this app/website for your booking if you don't want to end up paying service charges irrespective of your booking is confirmed or not. my booking was aborted due to credit card payment issue and I was sent a bill of euro service booking charge 100 + 70 (fine for first time post reminder) . it's a complete scam, none of the other flight booking provider or flight companies or an E-Commerce company charge you in case your payment request is failed. they suck!!

Hallo Frau Bharati, danke für das Feedback. Ein Flug wird immer verbindlich gebucht. Kommt es vor Ticketausstellung zu Zahlungsschwierigkeiten, fallen lt. AGB 100EUR Stornierungsgebühren an, andernfalls erhält man innerhalb von 24 Stunden die Tickets. Sollten Sie vor der Buchung Fragen haben, kontaktieren Sie uns.

Please don't use this app or their Website for bookings. They have absolutely Impolite employees and customer Service, they do not keep to their words and they are not worth a second try. Don't Download this App.
