About this app

How can you sleep better? Everyone is different. Perhaps you're more sensitive to noise or lights than others, but need fewer hours of sleep.

*SleepCoacher is part of a long-term sleep research study conducted at Brown University. If you download and use this application, you will be asked to allow your data to be used for research purposes.

Created at Brown University in collaboration with the Medical School, this app helps you track your sleep automatically and tells you what affects your sleep and by how much.

For Frequently Asked Questions, check here: http://sleep.cs.brown.edu/faq.html
To read more about how it works, check out our Medium article: https://bit.ly/2GFoifB

Start out by selecting a sleep experiment, which includes actionable instructions approved by certified clinicians. After each night of sleep tracking, you will receive immediate results about how your sleep has improved under this experiment condition.

Track your sleep each night for best results. The more you use SleepCoacher, the more accurate your results will be!
