I don't know the purpose of this app. I was told to download this app to receive wolf alerts (parent). I have this ON in the app and have never received an alert. But I hear on the news about students who have been killed on campus. Why wouldn't I receive an alert? Is campus police not involved?

Hello, we are sorry you are having an issue receiving wolf alert notifications. We tested and confirmed this feature is working. Some challenges experienced in the past are hidden operating system settings that restrict notifications from OnCampus. We suggest checking OnCampus settings under Notifications -> App Settings and Apps -> Unused apps.
