The app hangs when trying to do most things. On ringing the bank number and finally getting through to a human, I was told that the app had a known issue with Samsung S10. I had to uninstall it as part of the upgrade. My problem was that I'd gone straight to the upgrade previously, as per instructions. It's really just trial and error to try to get it to work. Frustrating.

The app is very glitchy. Got the smart login thing working after 5 tries across 3 days (said system is down) Sometimes I'd type the code but the screen won't refresh. There was no way to activate my new credit card. Clicking activate a card showed me by debit card but not my credit and I had to call the bank. I think it takes away from the experience. I have had a better app experience with every other bank. Makes me a little disappointed as ENBD is a popular bank.

This app has a lot to work on!!! Lack of details of transactions, missing money, adjusting the balance without any statement. You have no insight of what's really going in your bank account most of the time! The only way to keep track of your money is to record it manually with a pen and a piece of paper. Which beats the purpose of this app! I believe it's time for NBD to invest a bit of attention to customer satisfaction, overall service and user interface and interaction!
