Edenorte App is an application designed especially for our customers and they can easily make transactions from the comfort and flexibility that gives them their mobile device.

With our application you can perform the following functions:

-Apply payments on your bills
-Check balances
-Contact to Fononorte for help
-see nearby offices to carry out your transactions
-Apply subscribe to our automatic billing system

In order to apply your payments should call Fononorte, 809-583-1844, for a person to help you associate your credit card with one or more contracts of electricity.

Apply your bills payments
With this feature you can select any of the contracts you signed to pay your bill. If you forgot your contract, then you can type in your card number and the app shows you the contracts associated with your document.

Remember to have on hand your credit card to indicate expiration date and the CVV code.

When you finish the payment, the application will generate a payment voucher in PDF format that you can download to your phone.

You can see the total outstanding payable and see the details of each invoice balance. If you walk through the ballot payment option then you will be able to consult this information for each contract.

Contact Fononorte for help
Anytime you need help from one of our representatives, you can use this option so you can contact us. This call our IVR responds where alike can balance inquiries and payments.

See nearby offices
Through our modern application you can easily identify which are the sales offices left you closer. you will no longer investigate or ask you is closer.

Automatic Collection Request
If necessary, you can choose to join our innovative and secure automatic charges. This is to allow our system to apply the payment to your invoice under the conditions that you yourself indicate:

-Contract
-Amount maximum we can apply
-Date scheduled to apply charging
-Credit card use

When you use this option in the application, an agent will contact you to finalize your registration officially.


Steps to start with our application
Please have a valid contract, lower the application and enter your personal details and the contract to be used for queries and transactions.

By registering, you must call Fononorte, 809-583-1844, to associate your credit card with your contract. Once this is done, you can use the payment option.
