• How to pay with your mobile phone in stores.
You need Android mobile (version 4.4 or higher) with the NFC option turned on. Install the app on your mobile and select the card to charge. When you want to pay, move your mobile phone to the POS point of sale, enter your PIN, if asked, and nothing else. You don’t need to have coverage, or even open the app; you just need to unlock your mobile, as you normally do. You will need to do the same with your mobile to withdraw money at our contactless ATMs.

• How to send and request money through the Bizum service.
With this free service, you can send or request money to any registered person by selecting one or more contacts from your mobile phonebook or by typing their phone number directly. You can also make donations to NGOs and solidarity projects. It is an easy and secure system to send money on the spot.

• How to buy online with Bizume or a virtual card.
To use Bizum for online purchases, you must activate the Bizum code from the app. It works like a PIN on a card, and you can use it as a payment method at any store that offers the Bizum button.
If you prefer, you can most likely make your online purchases by creating a virtual card.

• How to collect prizes and pay bets through the Bizum State Lottery and Betting Administrations.
Enter the APP, and you will create a QR code, which you will show to the administration to scan. If you have a prize, the money will be credited to your account instantly. And if you have to make a bet, it will be enough to accept payment at that time.
