After creating an account from the application to track alerts (not mandatory), report an anomaly in 3 main steps:

It is not mandatory to attach a photo, but it is highly recommended to do so in order to improve the processing of your message.

Fill the abnormality address.

If you have not already done so, then the application will offer you to create your account (not mandatory option) in order to monitor alerts.

To track the processing of your alerts and receive a personalized, create your account from the app. All alerts you sent will be listed in this account with ability to see the status of your requests.


Manage Your Profile
You can modify or delete your profile. This suppression applies only to data stored in the phone. If you would like your information deleted from the database of the Mayor Hello service management software +, you will be requested directly by calling + Hello Mayor at 0810021022.
