The least I could give. The app doesn't provide anything more than the website. It's just slower, more problematic. For instance, for a problem with network, I need to fist check the topic, and then the app gives only the choice to use FaceToFace, while in the website I could also send an email. And if I try to click on FaceToFace, the app redirects me to the website, where I need to register etc. This is app is just useless. And free offers a really bad assistance service.

Useless. It s the badest app ever, we cant have a data usage like all other operator, it s too hard for free....
