Backed by the National Identification File, the only official file approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, Filalapat allows animal keepers and the general public to simplify their actions in case of loss or search for a stray.

Filalapat centralizes the information of nearly 17 million animals that are updated by all veterinarians, pounds, associations and other stakeholders in the industry.
