The story:

Wander No More is a Visual Novel with no choices throughout the game.
It is fully voiced with English voice acting.

When Kouichirou Nabatame finally worked up the courage to desert his kingdom, he thought his days of bloodshed were behind him. He believed that if he ran far enough, and for long enough, he could leave it all behind. A normal life would finally be his, and he would be able to spend his days peacefully, helping others and protecting their happiness, rather than destroying them without mercy.

But as Kouichirou knew deep inside his heart, peace would not be his so easily.

After weeks on the run, Kouichirou passed through Hotsu Village, and the moment he did, he spelled its demise. The Kodokushi, an elite band of samurai he used to lead, slaughtered the village's residents, then set it ablaze and continued their search.

Powerless to stop them, Kouichirou emerged after his former subordinates moved on, desperate to put out the flames and find himself food and shelter. He moved from house to house, searching for anything edible, until he at last stumbled upon a storeroom, in which he found... a girl.

Orphaned, maimed, and robbed of her village, the girl would undoubtedly die a slow, painful death. Kouichirou knew this, and thus asked the girl a simple question.

"Do you want to live?"

But as he prepared to put the girl out of her misery, a fire lit in her eyes. Before she could vocalize her response, the girl, Chiyo, had already conveyed her answer.

"Then as the one responsible for all of this, it is my duty to make sure that happens. My name is Kouichirou Nabatame, and from this day onward, Chiyo, you are my daughter."

A lot of people seem to complain about the length. But honestly to me this seems pretty long. Don't forget that this has no ads and doesn't require energy levels which significantly reduces the storytime. We should appreciate the fact that it's such a wonderful and well crafted story (if you're looking for choices tho, let me warn you that there are none. Nevertheless, it's an amazing experience.) I'm in love with this heart-wrenching visual novel.

Before I downloaded this, I had no idea that this is just a Kinetic Novel, so honestly I am terribly disappointed that it has no choices. Now, as a novel, I can say that this is great. However, IT IS WAY TOO SHORT!! if turned into a text novel it could only be around one to 3 chapters ffs, and that would be, as another novel writer stated; A TORTURE. I LOVE THE STORY, BUT THE ENDING IS SO SUDDEN THAT I FELT LIKE A CAR THAT SLAMMED A WALL WHILE TRAVELLING 300 KPH

If you're looking for choices, there are none. Though I liked the banter and the dialogue between the characters, I still can't get myself to sympathize with them. The arts are lacking, there are so many chances where you can put the usual NPC arts. As for the game feature, you need to add dialogue history. I understand that this game is made by a few people. But, I saw that you are somehow still updating the other game with choices, so I hope for an update or sequel for this series. Good luck.
