CSEntry is used for computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) on Android phones and tablets. I can't use this app on the updated android version 11. Because a file directory is not available once after downloading. It's impossible to add questionnaires

Hi dear i install CsEntry CsPro Data entry. I am facing a lot of difficulties while achieving the synchronization process. In fact when i lauch the app on my phone and i go to menu i Can not find the option Synchronization. I could find only "add an application" and some other items but nothing to do with synchronization. So what should i do to handle this. Thanks in avance.

App folder visibility issue After the recent updates of android 11, there is some difficulty to see the data folder from android device, this folder is visible via connecting with laptop. We need to delete practice data from device and manual backup
