When I use the map to select a location for a citizen request, as soon as I stop moving the map, a popup appears with the address, but I'm unable to close it. This means that I can't select where I want to actually select. I also can't go back to the previous page. When I try to use the chat bot feature, the area where I enter text uses white font for the text on a white background. It's almost impossible to read what I've typed before I submit it.

There should be options in the app like making the payment, or setting up payment arrangement promise to pay. Updating or editing your billing address. There under profile for example. The application is totally useless. I still have to go through the automated system to manage my account and or pay my bill. And I am charged a fee for some serve options. Or I'm forced to call and speak to a representative to make a payment and still pay a fee for processing the payment. There are no self-serve options that will allow you to make payments or manager account without paying a fee. To save time these things should be in the application. Not everyone wants to pick up the phone and call Marietta Power to make a payment when you can do it much faster if it was in the app as a option.!

app is very slow and will not load to see bill or make payments. ridiculous...
