I am unable to upload an image or use the camera to take a picture from the pothole service request form in the app. The app doesn't even ask for permission to access the phone's camera or photo gallery; the permissions aren't even listed in the Android app permission settings.

It's another typical non-functional automated form designed by bureaucrats without taking into account the real world needs of the user. I tried to report an abandoned vehicle on the side of the road by a vacant lot and the app only takes complete addresses that have a property folio number with Miami Dade County. No field to enter intersections or other locations that do not fit a specific address. On the section to describe damage the Other (Specify) field does not allow text to be written.

Miami Dade 311 dropped the ball with this newer version. We can no longer report neighbor complaints for loud music, misconduct, drug use or otherwise on the site, and whatever else you report, they are no longer allowing the complainant to remain anonymous which is a safety risk.... I'm Uninstalling this app asap.
