I think that it's one of the most unfriendly user apps and companies. I downloaded their apps and all of them had issues.When I tried to communicate with call center agents, it was impossible to find one.Their answer was that they have a lot of work to manage:/ And when I raised an email with tickets of a concert, I couldn't just connect to my account in order to download the ticket .. I should communicate with their support team(5 hours later) and after that they'll resend me the email. CRAZY!

1."Near me" search filter is not working at least for Music and Festival event types. 2. I can't delete a saved card that expired. 3. The same city name is visible multiple times in the search box . 4. Account registration and login is not possible anymore.
