WelcomeToHY252 (Java quotes)

As its name suggests this application is a simple welcome application for the students of "CS252 Object-Oriented Programming" (University of Crete 2015-2016, 2016-2017). It aims at making evident to them that Java in used in Android applications and for intriguing them. Apart from that, the current “value” of the application relies only on its contents i.e. the showed quotes (general quotes about life, quotes related to Java and software engineering, quotes related to Shotokan karate and others). Most quotes are in Greek.
