I downloaded the app and could register after several attempts as the system stopped working. Unfortunately, I could not include my card details due to dysfunction of the application. Therefore I deleted the application. I believe app operating team should pay heed to quality of the platform rather than the number of users. As the matter of fact, low level quality will lead to customer loss. Thanks.

SMS confirmation codes recieved with delay. Sometimes instead of phone message code recieved by email. Some of payments required confirmation codes, some (with equal or higher amount) don't. Overall is useful app but needs some more work on on little bits and pieces.

Very slow... Takes too long to get the content (nothing to do with speed of internet) download. Same with the internet site. There should be investment made to improve the services. Remember I sent a complaint letter via email and got acknowledged that it was recived but no follow up. I've been using hesab.az since 2012 but now strongly thinking for an options to switch my account for online payments. Thank you.
