I love this group and have been a member for many years now. The mobile app has come a long way but still has so very far to go. This app does work however it can be fussy at times. Despite configuration settings the app attempts a connection at every startup. Perhaps my main issue is with the lack of Protocol support despite a platforms ability to work with others. At present the app only supports IKEv2, not some users choice. I'd really like to see PPTP and more importantly L2TP support added.

As someone who works in IT security, I have found the service to be among the best. Very good support as well. Also, try them on your PC for even better coverage and safety. I have recommended the service to a number of IT jobs I contacted for, truly top notch.

make a favor for your self and do not waste your time with this app and the people who works for customer support. the number ONE useless VPN service on the market (version for Poland - this is what we are trying to use) 95% of the time this software is not connecting at all from android devices . the "smart" Dns is so stupid. we using thos DNS addresses provided by hideipvpn on samsung TV. (also for Poland). its so slow 90% of the time their is no way to stream HD 1080 without lag.
