NLB mKlik enables you to perform all the financial transactions via your mobile device at any time and place in a fast, easy and safe way. The services is available 24 hours, seven days a week. All you need to have is mobile device and internet connection.

NLB mKlik offers you the following options:
- Activation & reactivation of the app from login display
-Login and authentication with face recognition
- Check the balance and turnover on accounts and payment cards
- Sending of account statements for domestic and foreign currency accounts od regesterd email address
- Perform payment and money transfer with an option of sending payment confirmation for completed payments
- Payment via the PRENESI services by entering the mobile phone number registered by the recipient of funds for this service
- Register for the PRENESI service
- DEEP LINK service
- Submitting an ONLINE request for certain products and services, realization without going to the Branch
- Purchase/sell foreign currencies
- ATM and branch locator
- The ability to create payment templates
- Summary overview of fixed term savings
- Loans overview and the supporting details
- Top up the prepaid balance on mobile phone with domestic operators
- To contact the Bank via e-mail, social networks or telephone
- NLB digiKeš – transfer from mBank application and withdrawal of forwarded money 24/7 every day of the year at all NLB Komercijalna banka’s ATMs
- Payment cards administration
- Login option settings for face id




Note: Registered accounts for NLB mKlik application can be activated or reactivated from the app. Clicking on the option „New activation code“ (on the login page) and entering the first and last four digits of any active payment cards, along with mobile phone number registered for mobile banking service will inititate sending of activation codes via SMS. Sending of activation codes can also be initiated from eKlik application or by calling Contact Centre.

Compared to a lot of EU banks that i Have been using, this one is extremely clusmsy and somewhat awkard to use, but at least you can see your transactions and accounts ok.

The app is alright... when it actually works. And absolutely unusable when it doesn't, which is too often. A lot of times when I try to get into my account I either get an endless loading circle which never finishes loading, a message that says "Service currently unavailable, try again later" or literally nothing happens when I enter my pin and hit enter. It's absolutely unacceptable that a bank your size cannot make a functional app and instead locks its users out of their own bank accounts.

The worst bank app I have ever used hands down. You can't log in after reinstalling on a same phone. It asks for a verification code? Operators not available during working hours. It's a mess. Needs a seperate pin (yeah please make me use and remeber another pin code on top of three other debit card pins). Can't log in with username/password. At this point just use a website and avoid this messy, poorly designed app.

• Upgraded notification service regarding account transactions, informations from mobile banking application and bank informations via PUSH notifications
• Improved payment confirmation sending to any email address from the transaction details in turnover screen for transactions made within the application
• Enhanced access to IPS payment service through applications main menu
• Minor bug fixes
